ORAL HYGIENE :-



  • Keeping your mouth clean , free of disease , bad breath , etc. By regular brushing of the teeth is important.
  • It helps to prevent tooth decay ; cavities , dental caries  and  gum diseases ; gingivitis, periodontitis.
  • Tooth brushing and Interdental cleaning both are equally important because a toothbrush can’t reach between the teeth and therefore removes about 50% of plaque from the the surface of the teeth.
